Manager – D2C Website Growth & Performance Marketing

Yoga Bar is a Bangalore-based health-food brand on a mission to make the country eat healthier. As part of the ITC ecosystem, we are scaling rapidly across all channels.
We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven Associate – D2C Website Growth & Performance Marketing who can take ownership of the Yoga Bar website as a business and growth channel.
What You Will Work On:
• Build and scale performance marketing for Yoga Bar’s D2C website.
• Drive profitable customer acquisition while continuously improving ROAS, CAC, LTV and payback periods.
• Scale existing acquisition channels while identifying and unlocking new customer acquisition opportunities.
• Build data-driven experimentation frameworks to improve campaign performance and marketing efficiency.
• Develop repeatable performance marketing playbooks for product launches, campaigns and new market opportunities.
• Work closely with the Brand, Creative, E-commerce and CRM teams to build a strong and consistent customer acquisition funnel. What You'll Own
• End-to-end ownership of paid acquisition across Meta, Google and other relevant high-impact channels.
• Own the performance marketing P&L;, with accountability for acquisition efficiency, contribution margin, payback and long-term profitability.
• Drive budget planning, forecasting, attribution analysis and channel performance optimisation.
• Track and optimise key metrics including ROAS, CAC, LTV, CVR, AOV, contribution margin and payback period.
• Build a strong culture of experimentation, analytics, automation and execution.
• Work with creative teams to develop and test performance-led ad creatives, messaging and landing pages.
• Analyse customer and campaign data to identify opportunities for improving conversion and customer lifetime value.
• Continuously test new audiences, creatives, offers, campaigns and acquisition strategies.
• Monitor competitors and category trends to identify new growth opportunities for Yoga Bar’s D2C business.
What We're Looking For:
• 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, D2C growth, digital marketing or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads and other paid acquisition channels. • Experience working on D2C/FMCG/consumer brands is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, contribution margin, payback and conversion funnels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions. • Experience working with GA4, Excel/Google Sheets and marketing analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of the complete acquisition fi website fi conversion fi repeat purchase funnel.
• Comfortable managing budgets and taking ownership of business outcomes rather than just campaign execution.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong bias towards experimentation and execution. Good to Have
• Experience managing performance marketing for an FMCG, food, health, beauty or other consumer D2C brand.
• Experience with Shopify / Shopify Plus.
• Exposure to CRO, A/B testing and landing-page optimisation.
• Experience working with CRM/retention teams to improve repeat purchases and LTV.
• Experience working with performance marketing agencies or external partners.
