As a Project Lead, GTMC North America, you will drive strategic initiatives, coordinate complex cross-functional projects, and support the execution of key priorities across the US and Canada. Main Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategic projects and transformation initiatives across North America.

• Establish governance frameworks, project plans, reporting mechanisms, and performance tracking processes.

• Partner with senior stakeholders to drive execution of business priorities and leadership initiatives.

• Analyze business data and translate insights into actionable recommendations and executive-level presentations.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively drive corrective actions when needed.

• Collaborate across functions, teams, and geographies to ensure alignment and successful delivery of key objectives.

• Support continuous improvement efforts and adoption of new ways of working, including digital and AI-enabled tools.

About You

• 10+ years of experience in project management, PMO, strategy, operations, consulting, or transformation roles within complex business environments.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering results through effective planning, governance, and stakeholder management.

• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to transform data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using project management tools such as Jira.

• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and build effective relationships across multiple functions and leadership levels.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and working independently with a proactive mindset.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 Level is a must)
