Who We Are
About The Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive product planning and roadmap execution. Own product discovery and delivery across risk parameter governance, AI-agent workflow automation, controlled execution, and price protection. Translate risk-control needs and operating SOPs into product requirements, priorities, 3-12-month delivery plans, and success metrics; partner with engineering, risk, quant, data, and operations teams to launch, measure adoption, and iterate.
- Research and iterate on risk-control methodologies. Research, formulate, and continuously improve risk-control methodologies, including pricing logic, risk-scoring models, and approaches for handling market volatility.
- Build platform-level risk controls. Build and optimize platform-level risk-control mechanisms to ensure stability under extreme market conditions.
- Drive effective implementation of risk systems. Collaborate with engineers, quants, data analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure risk systems are effectively implemented and continuously monitored.
- Drive continuous improvement. Continuously improve the product through feedback loops and retrospective analysis of past market incidents or system performance.
-
Stay close to markets and users. Maintain regular communication with traders, institutional clients, and market-making teams. Continuously study crypto and traditional financial market structures, competitor mechanisms, and regulatory changes; determine when to lead and when to fast-follow; and adjust product priorities accordingly.
-
Strengthen team methodologies and AI leverage. Codify risk product methodologies, decision records, parameter dictionaries, and incident case libraries, and mentor other product managers. Design automation and AI-native workflows to improve efficiency in analysis, configuration review, monitoring and troubleshooting, documentation, and product operations..
