Job Description Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Program Leader to drive global strategic initiatives within our Services Repairs organization. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing complex change management processes, ensuring data integrity and harmonizing operational metrics across our global landscape. You will act as a bridge between technical execution and high-level strategy, defining the standard work that will elevate our ITO/OTR activities.Job Description
What you’ll do
- Change Management & Adoption: Lead the transition to RDM (Repair Data Management) and all other relevant systems, ensuring seamless adaptation and adoption across diverse global teams.
- SIOP Coordination: Support critical Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) activities from Repairs. Support data preparation for SMR, DMR, and Monthly Business Reviews (MBR).
- Identify key operational trends and perform Pareto analysis to prioritize recurring issues. Conduct PSRs (Problem Solving Reviews) to assess root causes, define corrective actions, and track execution through to closure.
- Data Quality Governance: Serve as the steward for Repairs data; develop and maintain governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting platforms.
- KPI Harmonization: Spearhead the standardization of Services and RVS (Repair Value Stream) performance indicators to create a unified global view of business health and operational efficiency.
- Standard Work Development: Define, author, and implement comprehensive standard work documentation for Services Repairs ITR activities to drive consistency and operational excellence across the organization.
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in project management, operations, or process improvement.
- Strong understanding of ITO/OTR processes, coupled with technical expertise of GE capital parts, components
- Proven ability to lead change management initiatives within a global, matrixed organization.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI).
