About GBFS Team: The Global Business and Finance Support (GBFS) team provide support to HQ and global regional team on Finance & Business Operation activities. This job role is for Sales operations related activities – OEM rebates analysis, Forecasting and pipeline health check, reporting and analysis, sales process optimization.

General Job Summary: The Senior Business Operations Analyst serves as a critical internal partner to HQ, Sales Teams, and Customer Service, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional support across the organization. We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to support Master Data Management, QualcommSupport and Business Operations activities. This role will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, driving process excellence, supporting cross-functional stakeholders, and enabling business operations through accurate and timely master data management.

Job description:

• Create, maintain, and govern customer, company, and product master data across enterprise systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established data governance standards.
• Perform regular data quality audits, validations, and cleansing activities.
• Manage master data requests and resolve issues within defined service levels.
• Effectively and quickly adapts to new systems, processes, and policies
• Exercises analytical skill within generally defined practices using a variety of sources to find solutions. Be results oriented with great attention to detail
• Identify gaps in sales operations workflows and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce cycle times.
• Monitor operational metrics and KPIs related to data quality and service delivery.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Oracle, Salesforce, or similar).

Education/Experience:

• Requires minimum 8+ years related experience in Business Operations / Sales Operations Service back office in a technology-oriented industry. Semiconductor industry preferred.
• Experience in process reviewing and leading team.
• Master’s degree in business management / Analytics, Operations
• Ability to focus on details, multitasking, Process reviewer of activities timely with quality output.
• Planning & prioritization of work assigned.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and upskills with tools – Adv- Excel, Power BI etc.
• Flexible for evening calls (8PM – 11PM IST) for HQ reviews and transition calls on regular basis.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 4+ years of business operations or related experience.

OR

Associate's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 6+ years of business operations or related experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Flexible for evening calls (8PM – 11PM IST) for HQ reviews and transition calls on regular basis.
