Description
Our client is seeking a FAST BA to join a delivery team supporting Life & Annuity clients in a hybrid business analysis, QA, and development capacity, focusing on agent licensing, appointments, onboarding, and contracting initiatives within the SuranceBay platform ecosystem.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Work as part of a delivery team supporting Life & Annuity business clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Support agent licensing, appointments, onboarding, and contracting initiatives from analysis through delivery
- Analyze business processes, rules, and requirements to identify optimization and implementation opportunities
- Support the design, implementation, testing, and delivery of solutions within the SuranceBay platform
- Operate in a flexible capacity across business analysis, QA, and development functions as needed
- Collaborate with SuranceBay and client stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Document findings, designs, and test cases to support delivery and knowledge transfer
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in business analysis, process analysis, or related delivery roles
- Demonstrated expertise in Life & Annuity domain knowledge and regulatory/operational processes
- Hands-on experience with the SuranceBay platform and ecosystem
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Experience in QA testing, test case design, and defect management
- Familiarity with development practices and ability to work across technical and business teams
- Ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
