Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI) is seeking a Supervisor to join our Reliability Operations team in Wilmington, MA. This person supervises a team of operators and is responsible for driving performance, and ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient execution of operations in a fast-paced semiconductor reliability lab environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads a team of Rel Ops personnel for executing reliability qualifications with the highest level of quality
  • Drive key operational metrics including safety, quality, and cycle time. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for metrics improvement
  • Collaborate with Reliability Engineering, Hardware Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure successful qualification execution and customer support
  • Establish a safe and healthy work environment by maintaining and enforcing organization standards.
  • Ensure high quality output by managing team attendance, optimizing workload allocation, enforcing procedure and specifications, as well as issue identification and resolution.
  • Consistently demonstrate proactive communication with direct reports and management to establish clear direction and alignment on priorities and metrics.
  • Work with direct reports to develop and improve individual and team performance through coaching, appraising job results and counseling.
  • Participate in and model, continuous improvement activities, using Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Responsible for corrective actions to address problems associated with processing and conduct formal employee performance evaluations.
  • Supervisors will be expected to manage appropriate responses to workplace safety incidents.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in a semiconductor or other manufacturing environment
  • Proven leadership of teams ranging from 6-8 employees
  • Semiconductor or wafer fab experience preferred
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities
  • Ability to balance people leadership with operational execution
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $82,400 to $113,300.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
