Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will welcome tenants and visitors, manage access control and badging, monitor alarms and security-related systems, and provide outstanding customer service. You will serve as a professional, visible presence who helps support a secure environment through clear communication and timely response. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Serve as a professional front desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests to appropriate offices or building areas.
• Monitor lobby activity, visitor sign-in processes, and access points to help deter unauthorized entry and support security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate building contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, delivery, and incident documentation in accordance with site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
