How You Will Contribute To The Team

We are seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking student to bridge the gap between academic theory and high-impact corporate reality. As a detail-oriented, proactive member within our team, you will not just observe; you will actively shape our ServiceNow implementation. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing processes, translating high-level business needs into actionable technical specification, and coordinating DevOps activities to deliver continuous improvement. 

What You Will Do

• Analyze and Translate: You will dive into our current workflows to map out and optimize complex processes, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency. You will then carefully translate these operational improvements into clear, detailed technical specifications, ensuring our ServiceNow platform's execution aligns perfectly with our strategic goals. 

• Coordinate and Support: Play a key role in organizing and tracking our iterative delivery cycles, supporting the team from backlog refinement through continuous deployment. You will investigate operational bottlenecks, help identify root causes of friction, and actively coordinate DevOps activities within our sprints to support our ongoing shift toward a modern, enterprise service-based organization. 

• Drive Data-Driven Insights: Leverage ServiceNow's robust reporting capabilities to design dynamic dashboards and track key metrics. You will analyze platform data to uncover trends, and provide actionable insights that guide our ongoing continuous improvement efforts.
   

Who You Are

• A Fast Learner: You are deeply passionate about the modern technological landscape and its power to revolutionize business. You possess a relentless eagerness to dive deep into ServiceNow’s vast suite of applications.

• An Analytical Translator: You have the distinct ability to distill complex business and functional demands into clear, executable technical requirements.

• Data-Savvy: You possess strong data analysis skills and enjoy working with metrics to uncover trends, identify bottlenecks, and drive informed decision-making. 

• Technically Minded: You possess a solid foundational understanding of Information Systems and Relational Databases. Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, Agile Methodologies, or Machine Learning is a strong plus. 

• Detail-Oriented: You possess a razor-sharp eye for detail and genuinely enjoy immersing yourself in the technical nuances of architecture and platform planning. 

• Fluent in English: You have excellent command of both written and spoken English to be able to seamlessly navigate our international business environment.
