We are currently seeking a Part-Time AM Cook to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality food with consistency and care.

This position focuses on weekend morning shifts and involves preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with established recipes, food safety standards, and presentation guidelines.

Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
  • Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables; weigh, measure, and mix ingredients
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines
  • Prepare cold foods and assist with overall kitchen production
  • Operate kitchen equipment including ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers
  • Monitor food quality during preparation and ensure proper cooking techniques
  • Set up and break down workstations before and after shifts
  • Plate and serve food in proper portions using appropriate service ware
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, tools, equipment, and dish pit
  • Ensure proper temperature control of food and kitchen appliances
  • Assist with tray line setup, food distribution, and breakdown as needed
  • Availability to work weekend morning shifts (required)
  • Previous cooking or line cook experience preferred
  • Brick oven cooking experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
