Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead media planning and negotiate programmatic deals across DSPs and platform partners
• Lead a team of programmatic specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management
• Develop and execute client-centric programmatic strategies focused on achieving KPIs and driving business growth
• Own end-to-end client relationship management, including regular, clear reporting on campaign performance against predefined goals
• Proactively identify and pursue account growth opportunities in partnership with Account Managers
• Leverage expertise in DV360 and other DSPs to optimize campaigns and deliver exceptional results
• Design and implement custom bidding scripts to improve campaign efficiency and performance
• Utilize MMPs and analytics platforms to generate data-driven insights and recommendations
• Design and run structured A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to identify winning strategies
• Own attribution modelling approach and its application across client campaigns
• Manage large-scale programmatic budgets, including forecasting and pacing
• Collaborate with business teams and other channel teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
• Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends and continuously optimize strategy
• Ensure adherence to data privacy, brand safety, and ad fraud standards across all campaigns
• Stay ahead of industry trends and implement emerging programmatic technologies and best practices

Requirements

Experience

• 8–12 years of experience in programmatic campaign management, including proven experience leading and developing a team
• Demonstrated experience in media planning and negotiating programmatic deals

Technical Expertise

• Expert-level knowledge of DV360, with extensive experience across other leading DSPs
• Experience developing and implementing custom bidding scripts
• Strong working knowledge of MMPs and advanced analytics platforms
• Expert knowledge of attribution modelling and its impact on performance measurement

Strategic & Analytical

• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic, innovative programmatic plans
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Experience designing and running A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• Strong budgeting and forecasting skills for large-scale media investment

Leadership & Client Management

• Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Exceptional client management and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain senior client relationships
