M2P Coordinator
Location: United States (Travel to Customer Sites)

Lead Industrial Maintenance Operations Across Multiple Customer Sites
BHS Corrugated is seeking an experienced M2P Coordinator to provide leadership and operational support across multiple customer locations. In this role, you'll work closely with M2P Site Supervisors to ensure maintenance programs are executed effectively, safety remains the top priority, and customers receive exceptional service.

What You'll Do
- Support and mentor M2P Site Supervisors and maintenance teams across assigned customer sites
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture while ensuring company policies and procedures are followed
- Partner with customers to improve equipment reliability, uptime, and overall production performance
- Lead weekly maintenance meetings and serve as the primary liaison between customers and BHS leadership
- Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance planning to improve maintenance efficiency
- Oversee parts inventory strategies and support inventory accuracy at each location
- Track customer action items and ensure timely follow-up on maintenance concerns
- Monitor maintenance performance, preventive maintenance completion, and operational reporting
- Develop employees through coaching, training, and leadership support
- Travel regularly to customer sites to strengthen relationships and provide operational guidance
What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance and the corrugating process
- Three or more years of corrugator maintenance experience preferred
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects while supporting several customer locations
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% and work flexible hours as business needs require
