Physician - Otolaryngologist
SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00am to 5:00pm
- No On-Call
- No Evenings
- No Holidays
- Some Weekends w/ Flex Time Off

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The otolaryngologist will see a variable number of patients per day, depending upon the types of appointments scheduled. All visits are supported by dedicated clinical assistants.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- treat conditions of the ears, nose, and throat
- examine, evaluate, and perform tests to diagnose degree of hearing loss
- examine, evaluate, and perform tests to diagnose degree of speech loss
- examine, evaluate, and perform tests to diagnose injuries to the larynx
- assist patients with a limited or altered sense of smell
- treat nosebleeds, infected mastoids, sinusitis, etc.
- treat patients undergoing tonsillectomies and adenoidectomies
- treat patients with tumors in the head or neck
- treat patients with defects in the ears, nose, or throat
- collaborate with and/or refer to other medical practitioners as needed
The practice uses the MDLand EHR.
The physician will work with a majority Chinese-speaking patient population and must be fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
REQUIREMENTS:
- New York medical license
- DEA
- Board Certified / Eligible, Otolaryngology
- must speak Mandarin or Cantonese fluently
