Drive sustainable mining performance through filtration expertise
Join FLS as a Solution Specialist – Filtration and play a key role in supporting some of South America's most important mining operations. You will work directly with customers to support the existing filtration installed base, actively drive its growth, improve equipment performance, and develop aftermarket opportunities that create long-term value. This is an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise, customer engagement, and business development while helping shape the future growth of the Filtration Service Line in Argentina and the region.
The Filtration Service Line supports mining customers through consumables, spare parts, upgrades, rebuilds, technical services, and lifecycle solutions.
Your responsibilities
• Support and grow the filtration installed base
• Develop aftermarket opportunities within existing and new customers
• Conduct customer visits and perform filtration health checks
• Recommend technical solutions to improve equipment performance
• Support sales teams with technical expertise and customer engagement
• Identify new business opportunities and growth potential
• Analyze process data and provide optimization recommendations
• Support proposal development for complex filtration solutions
• Provide market intelligence and customer feedback
What you bring
• Experience with mining filtration equipment or mineral processing applications
• Knowledge of pressure and/or vacuum filtration technologies
• Understanding of filter media, spare parts, upgrades, or aftermarket services
• Experience supporting mining customers in Argentina
• Ability to assess equipment performance and provide technical recommendations to improve reliability, productivity, and operating efficiency
• Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into value-adding technical and commercial solutions
• Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites

Other Details;
Location: Argentina (San Juan preferred, other locations may be considered).
Travel: Frequent travel within Argentina and occasional travel across South America.
