This team performs preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections on electrical systems and related equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Members collaborate closely to address facility needs promptly, manage work orders, and support emergency responses. Utilizing a range of technical skills, the team contributes to sustaining operational excellence and upholding company policies. They prioritize safety, reliability, and continuous improvement while fostering strong communication and teamwork to meet business objectives effectively.
What you'll do:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and facility equipment following established schedules and safety guidelines.
• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot electrical issues using blueprints, manuals, and specialized tools to ensure proper functionality and compliance.
• Document maintenance activities, repair needs, and capital expense information accurately to support operational decisions.
• Manage work orders, coordinate with contractors, and ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance are met.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and participate in on-call rotations to support critical facility needs.
• Operate and maintain vehicles and powered equipment safely in accordance with company policies.

What you'll bring:

• Self-Starter 
• Proven experience in commercial electrical construction, maintenance, and light repair.
• Ability to perform routine preventive maintenance and diagnose electrical issues using blueprints and repair manuals.
• Skilled in operating hand and power tools, hoists, and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations to ensure compliance and maintain a safe work environment.
• Strong documentation skills for maintenance activities, work orders, and repair records.
• Capability to manage maintenance schedules, coordinate contractors, and handle parts procurement.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with managers, coworkers, and business partners.
• Clean driving record

The hourly wage range for this position is $33.00 - $63.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications...

2 years’ experience in the electrical trade.
Licensed Journeyman Electrician or equivalent in state of work.
Valid state-issued driver’s license.
License in related trade in city and/or state of work
