Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at The Fort. The ideal candidate will have a love for Western fashion, exceptional communication skills, and a dedication to providing a memorable shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Provide product knowledge and style recommendations to customers based on their preferences and needs.
3. Assist customers with trying on merchandise and ensure a proper fit.
4. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
6. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
7. Stay informed about product features, trends, and promotions to effectively promote and sell merchandise.
8. Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
9. Participate in store events, promotions, and activities to drive sales and customer engagement.
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security measures and inventory management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred, especially in a Western or lifestyle apparel store.
• Passion for Western fashion and knowledge of Western lifestyle products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions.
