Job Description:

About the Role & Team

At The Walt Disney Company, our Studios business brings world-class storytelling to audiences across EMEA. Behind every successful release is a deep understanding of audiences, market dynamics and cultural trends. The Studios Intelligence team provides the audience, market and commercial insight that helps shape strategic decisions across our Studios business in EMEA, supporting everything from marketing strategy and campaign optimisation to commercial partnerships and long-range planning.

As a Studios Intelligence Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming multiple sources of evidence into clear, actionable recommendations. Working across theatrical releases and the wider entertainment landscape, you will deliver high-quality insight that supports strategic decision-making, audience growth and commercial success. You will partner with stakeholders across the Studios business, applying analytical judgement to complex questions and helping to shape the future of Disney's entertainment offering across EMEA.

If selected for this role, you will report to the Senior Manager, Studios Intelligence & Commercial Insight.

This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

You'll join a team grounded in our Disney values: acting with Integrity, welcoming everyone through Inclusion, embracing boundless Creativity, working together through Collaboration, and caring deeply for our Community. These values shape how we work, how we make decisions and how we support one another every day.

What You Will Do

As a Studios Intelligence Senior Analyst, you will help provide the insight that enables better audience understanding, stronger marketing effectiveness and smarter commercial decision-making. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyse audience research, social intelligence, market trends and commercial performance data to develop a comprehensive understanding of audiences, campaigns and the competitive landscape.

  • Monitor audience behaviour, market developments and cultural conversations, identifying emerging opportunities, risks and demand signals.

  • Lead defined insight projects and recurring programmes, tailoring analytical approaches to different film titles, markets and stakeholder requirements.

  • Synthesise multiple sources of evidence to develop clear findings, strategic insight and practical recommendations.

  • Translate complex analysis into engaging presentations, reports and narratives tailored to a range of audiences.

  • Support audience demand assessment, campaign evaluation and title planning through audience, market and performance analysis.

  • Develop compelling audience and market narratives that support commercial partnerships and broader business opportunities.

  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, helping them understand implications and inform decision-making.

  • Produce accurate, consistent and high-quality analysis and reporting across multiple projects and priorities.

  • Partner closely with Studios Intelligence colleagues, Global Studios teams, external research partners and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Contribute to the evolution of methodologies, reporting approaches, data visualisation capabilities and AI-enabled ways of working.

  • Share knowledge and provide guidance and informal support to Analysts and colleagues across the function.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience delivering audience, market or commercial analysis within a business environment.

  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities, with the ability to draw insights from multiple sources of evidence.

  • Proven ability to translate complex information into clear findings, recommendations and business stories.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience sharing insights with a variety of stakeholders.

  • Strong organisational, planning and project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

  • A collaborative approach and ability to build strong working relationships across teams and functions.

  • Strong commercial curiosity and a genuine interest in audiences, entertainment, consumer behaviour and commercial strategy.

  • Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgement and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with audience research tools and methodologies.

  • Experience using dashboards, reporting platforms or data visualisation tools.

  • Familiarity with social intelligence, entertainment insights or media measurement environments.

  • Interest in emerging analytical technologies and AI-enabled approaches to insight generation.

The Perks

  • 25 days annual leave

  • Private medical insurance and dental care

  • Free Park Entry for you, your family and friends

  • Disney Discounts on selected products, resort food and beverage offerings, and ticketing

  • Excellent parental and guardian leave

  • Employee Resource Groups including WOMEN @ Disney, Disney Mosaic, Disney PRIDE, ENABLED, and TRUST

  • Opportunities to learn, grow and develop your career across one of the world's most recognised entertainment companies
