### Manufacturing Operations Leadership

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve output, cycle time, WIP, and customer delivery commitments.
• Own area performance and accountability for Safety, Quality, Cost, Productivity, and Factory Output.
• Establish effective manufacturing control strategies to maintain line balance and optimize factory pacing.
• Drive rapid response and recovery actions for operational excursions, equipment constraints, and business-critical events.
• Ensure operational readiness to support business growth, technology transitions, and strategic manufacturing initiatives.

### Capacity and Operational Excellence

• Develop and execute capacity strategies that support short-term delivery requirements and long-term business growth.
• Drive improvements in machine availability, utilization, loading performance, cycle time, and overall equipment effectiveness.
• Utilize advanced analytics to identify bottlenecks, forecast capacity constraints, and optimize manufacturing performance.
• Lead continuous improvement programs that improve productivity, reduce operational waste, and enhance manufacturing efficiency.

### AI and Digital Manufacturing Leadership

• Champion the adoption of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics to improve manufacturing decision-making and operational performance.
• Lead the integration of AI-driven solutions for capacity forecasting, bottleneck prediction, WIP management, dispatch optimization, and anomaly detection.
• Partner with Smart Manufacturing, Automation, Data Science, and Technology organizations to accelerate factory digital transformation.
• Drive automation initiatives that reduce manual work, increase operational efficiency, and improve business responsiveness.
• Foster a data-driven culture by enabling teams to leverage real-time insights, predictive analytics, and digital tools to improve business outcomes.
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases that deliver measurable improvements in capacity, productivity, cycle time, cost, and output performance.
