Compensation:
- Unlicensed Optician: $20–$30/hour
- Licensed Optician: $25–$40/hour
- Commission: 3% of sales (average $1,500+ per month; some earn double!)

- Build and manage a personal book of business
- Maintain inventory, display, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with the team to deliver seamless, top-tier patient care
