(Senior) Manager Investor Relations - Digital Financial Communications & AI (m/f/d)

This role sits at the intersection of Investor Relations, Digital Communications, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). It offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Investor Relations: Working at the forefront of digital transformation, you will help modernize how the company engages with investors, analysts, and other capital markets stakeholders while contributing to the development of a more efficient, insight-driven, and AI-enabled Investor Relations function. 

Your responsibilities:  

• Manage and continuously enhance the Investor Relations website and digital Investor Relations ecosystem, ensuring a best-in-class experience for investors, analysts, and other capital markets stakeholders.

• Manage and further develop the company's digital Investor Relations presence across social media channels and digital platforms, including coordination of external partners and service providers. 

• Monitor digital engagement metrics and derive actionable recommendations to strengthen the company's visibility and positioning in capital markets. 

• Identify and implement innovative digital communication formats, including interactive content, video, podcasts, and multimedia solutions. 

• Act as a key driver in building an AI-ready and AI-native Investor Relations function through the introduction of AI-enabled workflows and tools. 

• Leverage AI to enhance the creation of earnings materials, investor communications, presentations, management briefings, Q&A documents, social media content, and knowledge management solutions. 

• Establish AI best practices, governance standards, and training initiatives while monitoring emerging technologies and identifying new use cases. 

• Manage digital financial communications content across all Investor Relations channels and ensure a compelling and consistent equity story. 

• Develop editorial plans and content calendars supporting quarterly reporting, Capital Markets Days, Meet the Management Days, and other key Investor Relations activities. 

• Generate data-driven capital markets insights by analyzing analyst reports, investor feedback, earnings call transcripts, peer communications, and market developments, while collaborating closely with Investor Relations, Communications, Finance, Strategy, and senior leadership teams. 

Your qualifications:  

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Communications, IT, Digital Media, Data Analytics, or a related field. 

• At least 2 years of experience in Investor Relations, Financial Communications, Corporate Communications, or Digital Communications. 

• Solid understanding of capital markets, financial reporting, investor communications, and stakeholder engagement. 

• Proven experience managing digital communication channels, content management systems, and external digital partners. 

• Strong interest in AI, automation, digital transformation, and emerging technologies. 

• Experience leveraging digital and AI-powered tools to improve communication processes, content creation, and business efficiency. 

• Excellent writing, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into compelling messages. 

• Analytical mindset with strong affinity for data-driven decision-making, reporting, dashboards, and capital markets insights. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, digital communication platforms, and AI-enabled productivity tools. 

• Fluent English skills; German language skills are considered an advantage.
