Summary
As a Workplace Management Practitioner, you will be responsible for managing and supporting Microsoft 365 workplace services while ensuring seamless workplace operations across multiple locations. The role combines expertise in Microsoft 365, Exchange On-Premises, and SharePoint On-Premises with workplace management to deliver secure, efficient, and reliable collaboration services. You will oversee workplace operations, coordinate facilities and service delivery, ensure compliance with organizational standards, and provide end-user support. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage Microsoft 365 technologies, workplace management tools, and data-driven insights to enhance employee productivity, improve operational efficiency, and maintain a high-quality workplace experience aligned with business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft 365 workplace services, collaborating with teams to ensure effective service delivery.
Manage and support Microsoft 365, including Exchange On-Premises and SharePoint On-Premises environments.
Responsible for team decisions and provide technical guidance on workplace collaboration platforms.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and operational decisions.
Provide solutions to complex problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead initiatives to improve workplace efficiency, employee experience, and Microsoft 365 service adoption.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of workplace and collaboration services.
Monitor compliance with organizational security policies and workplace safety regulations, implementing corrective actions where required.
Support user administration, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and service requests related to Microsoft 365, Exchange, and SharePoint environments.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365.
Hands-on experience with Exchange On-Premises Administration.
Hands-on experience with SharePoint On-Premises Administration.
Experience managing Microsoft 365 workplace services, including user administration, collaboration, and messaging platforms.
Strong knowledge of workplace management tools and software.
Experience in space planning and facilities management.
Ability to analyze operational data and optimize workplace services.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
