About the job

Our award-winning APAC Marketing team are looking for a Senior Associate Marketing Specialist to join us in Japan. In this position, you will play a key role in driving demand and building brand awareness in Japan and may support regional industry marketing programs. Working closely with the frontline organization and regional teams, you'll deliver integrated marketing campaigns that engage customers, generate pipeline, and support business growth.

 

As a Senior Associate Marketing Specialist, you will:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand, customer engagement, and brand awareness. 
• Support go-to-market initiatives by aligning marketing activities with business priorities and sales objectives.
• Partner with sales, customer advisory, industry experts, and regional teams to deliver impactful customer experiences and pipeline growth.
• Manage leads generation activities such as, in-person events, webinars, digital campaigns, etc.
• Analyze campaign performance and market insights to optimise results and maximise ROI.
• Adapt global campaigns and messaging to resonate with Japanese audiences and local market needs.

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 years' experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, campaign management, or a related field.  
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related discipline.  
• Fluent Japanese and business-level English communication skills.
• Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, content, social, email, and events.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

• Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
