This position manages and lead the relation with our industrial partners, which oversee 100% of our Beverages productions.

 

This position has an advisory role to top management in PepsiCo's relationship with its industrial providers. It has a high level, cross-functional dependency and will interact with high-level stakeholders. In particular, very close working relationships with marketing, commercialization, R&D, operations, supply chain, and finance.

It has also a strong relationship with Supplier’s top managers to build vision and deliver PepsiCo Objectives

 

The Industrial 3rd party Providers/Bottlers Relationship Manager is responsible for the relationship between BU France and all its industrial service providers (mainly bottlers). The role supports the Supply Chain strategy for the BU France.

 

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the achievement of PepsiCo's growth and profitability objectives by managing the accounts of our industrial service providers, mainly Beverages with Refresco and Suntory. (France manages the largest European service providers by volume)
• Manage regular commercial relations with our industrial providers
• Develop the contract negotiation strategy with the support of the Sector
• Participate in negotiations and drafting of contracts
• Ensure the achievement of KPIs and operational objectives (Service, Quality, Costs)
• Anticipate potential risks and implement action plans to avoid or minimize business impacts while guaranteeing financial stability and service to our customers
• Be a constant support to the operational teams to find solutions to the problems encountered with our service providers
• In charge of the development of continuous improvement and productivity plans in partnership with our service providers
• Define the medium and long-term relationship strategy with our service providers by comparing it with production opportunities in PepsiCo plants in other countries
• Be on the lookout for technology to prepare tomorrow's innovations and identify potential new service providers
• In charge of the relationship with the 3rd party Manufacturing Europe teams
• Support all European Network redesign project to simulate impact and Bcase

Qualifications

 

• Bachelor's degree : engineering or equivalent master's degree in industrial, logistics or related field
• At least 10 years of experience in the field of supply chain, ideally with knowledge of FMCG, beverages or food industry
• Industrial experience needed
• Experience in managing industrial 3rd party is a plus
• Skill to manage complex matrix organization.
• Strong project management skill.
• Organization and autonomy
• Ability to imagine creative solutions, improvement plans and implement them
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to communicate and influence multiple functions/nationalities and good interpersonal skills;
• Fluent in English & in French
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and sustain a vast range of working relationships across multiple functions and commercial relationships with 3PL and coman
• Be able to communicate from operating floor line manager until decision maker top management
• Self starter & Capacity to deal with ambiguity & Animate/Drive at all levels
