Are you passionate about pets? Paws Pet Resort & Spa, one of Connecticut's most exciting pet care businesses, is seeking an Enthusiastic Dog Group Leader to join our team!

Responsibilities Include:

• Supervising  group play sessions for dogs of all breeds and sizes
• Monitoring dog behavior and intervening when needed to maintain a safe play environment
• Cleaning and sanitizing play areas, and common areas
• Assisting with enrichment and downtime routines
• Communicating effectively with team members and management
• Conducts behavioral evaluations of dogs to determine suitability for group play 

Requirements:

• Must love dogs and cats
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Prior experience handling dogs or dog training/animal behavior preferred

Job Types: Part-time

Pay: Starting from $17/hour

Day range:

• Holidays as needed
• Tuesday to Friday- AM Shift availability
• Weekends as needed

Shift:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Work setting:

• In-person

Previous animal care experience

Education: High school degree or equivalent (Preferred)
