Retail Warehouse Manager | AT&T Stadium Dallas Cowboys

THE ROLE

This Retail Warehouse Operations Manager, under the direction of the Merchandise Operations Manager will be responsible for leading, managing, and directing the day-to-day aspects of all merchandise warehouse operations at ATT Stadium.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Manage and receive all inbound goods within a 24-hour period
• Supervise and lead a team of 15-20 merchandise staff members during peak season
• Ensure team executes quality checks on inbound products, verifying UPC/RFID and retail pricing
• Ensure Inbound shortages, damages, overages are managed in a timely and accurate manner
• Drive continuous improvement by coaching team members to ensure standards of excellence.
• Manage and build game/event day schedules, managing hours and any potential overtime
• Manage inventory splits and pulls to ensure stores/kiosks are stocked
• Detailed organization skills with all inventory management
• Create Standard Operating Procedures
• Manage monthly inventory counts/process of stores and kiosks
• Assist with the preparation of the annual fiscal budget and business plan for the upcoming season.
• Manage weekly labor budget and overtime
• Drive continuous improvement to ensure customer experience is excellent
• Able to communicate with management on concentrated areas of operation
• Lead staff, proper onboarding/training of game/event responsibilities
• Perform other functions and activities as directed by the Assistant Director/Director of Merchandise

QUALIFICATIONS

• College degree preferred
• Relevant experience with inventory distribution and control in a high-volume environment preferred.
• POS experience is preferred
• Able to learn new programs and procedures quickly.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Able to work well within a team environment
• Able to work nights, weekends, & Holidays
