What You’ll Be Doing (This job posting is for multiple Admin roles)
As part of the team, you will play a key role in supporting service and operational excellence through effective coordination of invoicing, documentation, and administrative activities, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.
Process and monitor orders, ensuring accuracy, timely completion, and proper record management.
Track and follow up on outstanding work-in-progress (WIP), providing regular reports.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support day-to-day operational requirements.
Prepare, maintain, and organize operational records and documentation.
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team.
Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Who We’re Looking For
- For Permanent/Contract role
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level (or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good organizational skills, attention to detail
Able to work independently and multi-tasking
Good communication and interpersonal skills
