Description
We're looking for a versatile Talent Partner who can flex seamlessly between high-volume requisitions and senior-level strategic searches. This role delivers full-cycle recruiting for Adobe's Go-to-Market organization, including Sales, Sales Operations, Professional Services, and Technical Pre-Sales. Whether the need is high-volume or highly strategic, we aim to deliver trusted talent advisory to our hiring managers and ecosystem partners, alongside great candidate experiences. You'll tell Adobe's story to top talent in the market, advise hiring managers throughout the process, and consistently deliver strong slates of candidates.
What You'll Do
- Own and drive full-cycle recruiting for Adobe's GTM functions, including quota-carrying and non-quota roles
- Manage high-volume requisitions with speed, precision, and resilience
- Advise hiring managers on role requirements, hiring needs, and market realities throughout each search
- Provide hiring managers and partners with regular updates and recommendations on search progress
- Evangelize Adobe's values and culture to both prospects and employees
- Leverage AI, data, and analytics to optimize recruiting processes and improve outcomes
- Collaborate with HRBPs, Compensation, and Finance to deliver a seamless hiring experience
- Partner with Sourcing Partners to develop pipeline strategies for core roles, and build and engage deep external talent pools
- Serve as a trusted resource, sharing insights on the competitive landscape, talent trends, and candidate behavior
- Position Adobe as an employer of choice through branding, events, and candidate experience
- Role model Adobe's values through transparent and consistent communication
- Continuously learn and stay current on talent acquisition standard processes and industry trends
- Grit and urgency — you thrive in fast-paced environments and don't flinch at high-volume recruiting
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting in large, matrixed organizations
- Solid understanding of GTM functions and technology industry trends
- Ability to flex and adapt to changing business needs and priorities
- Comfort and experience using AI tools to enhance sourcing, messaging, and workflow efficiency
- Ability to build trust and credibility with hiring managers and cross-functional partners
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both 1:1 and in group settings
- Commitment to delivering a high-touch, inclusive candidate experience
- Minimum 7 years of practical experience OR Bachelor's Degree AND minimum 5 years of practical experience.

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $112,200 -- $201,350 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.In California, the pay range for this position is $139,100 - $201,350 In Colorado, the pay range for this position is $122,100 - $176,850
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
