Senior Forecasting Analyst – Healthcare - UK

Where you come in:
As Senior Forecasting Analyst, you’ll play a central role in leading both short-term and long-term forecasting for Dexcom’s commercial portfolio. You’ll be responsible for:
- Owning the quarterly revenue forecasting process and supporting the long-range planning (LRP) cycle across multiple regions.
- Developing and integrating commercial analytics, identifying trends and translating them into forecast assumptions, providing a data-driven view of product and market dynamics.
- Building logical, scalable models in Excel and visualising the impact of change across the business.
- Partnering with internal teams to integrate market dynamics and cross-functional expertise into demand forecasts that align with strategic goals.
- Driving alignment and collaborating with pricing, finance, sales, marketing, and operations to align forecasts with strategic goals.
- Communicating forecast assumptions and results to senior leadership, using clear, compelling and well-structured presentations and visualisations.
- Performing mid-quarter variance analysis and identifying key drivers for leadership.
- Supporting sales operations with incentive goal setting and supply chain with manufacturing and planning inputs.
- Acting as a strategic partner for commercial leaders around the forecasting process, identifying opportunities to leverage data to support decision making and enhance the process.
- Shaping the evolution of the forecasting processes and methodologies.

What makes you successful:
You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in FP&A, Management Consulting, Demand Planning or a similar analytical or commercial function.
- Experience with VBA or programming languages (e.g., SQL, R, Python, etc.) is essential, as well as accessing large data sets via Google BigQuery and Amazon Redshift.
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in building and maintaining logical, scalable models.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong business acumen.
- Familiarity with visualisation tools like Tableau or similar.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (German, Spanish, French, etc.) are a bonus.

- The ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure while keeping a clear sense of perspective.

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience.
Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
