• You must be graduating after November 1st, 2026 OR you must have a student status as of February 1st, 2027
• You must hold EU or EEA (European Economic Area) citizenship

Let’s talk about the role!     

This internship is designed to provide hands-on learning and development in enterprise IT support, workplace technology, and service delivery. As part of the End User Services (EUS) team, you will support experienced technicians, assist with daily service activities, and partner with colleagues to help VF associates use technology effectively and confidently.

You will not be expected to operate independently from day one. Instead, you will learn through practical experience, guided tasks, coaching, and exposure to real business situations. The role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in IT support, customer service, collaboration tools, endpoint devices, and service management processes within a global organization. 

How you will make a difference

During the internship, you will have the opportunity to support, assist, and partner with the EUS team in areas such as: 

• Support the EUS team in resolving end-user technology issues, handling service requests, and learning VF’s support tools and processes.
• Assist with workplace technology, including devices, peripherals, meeting room equipment, collaboration tools, and local IT services.
• Help with inventory, user guidance, technology adoption, and small projects while developing communication, documentation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, motivated to support others, and interested in developing both technical and professional skills. The requirements below describe the type of background and mindset that will help you succeed in this internship. 

Skills that will make you succeed:

Preferred background

• Currently pursuing, or recently completed, studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field. 
• Interest in IT support, workplace technology, digital services, and customer-facing technology roles. 
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 applications, computer hardware, mobile devices, and common peripherals. 
• Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an asset. 
• Curiosity about how technology enables people to work more efficiently in a business environment.

• A proactive learning mindset and willingness to ask questions. 
• Strong interpersonal skills and an interest in helping users with patience and professionalism. 
• Ability to work well with peers, partner with experienced colleagues, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. 
• Good attention to detail when documenting activities, following processes, and supporting inventory tasks. 
• An analytical approach to understanding problems and learning how to resolve them step by step. 
• Flexibility, reliability, and openness to feedback in a dynamic international workplace. 
• Ability to handle and move IT equipment and packages when required, in line with safety guidance.
