Leidos' Corporate Information Security Office (CISO), reporting through the Digital Sector, has an immediate opening for a Service Center Procurement & Business Process Analyst supporting Information Assurance and Defense Service Center operations.

This position will support procurement, asset and lifecycle management, business process improvement, financial coordination, and project support across a growing portfolio of Service Center activities. The selected candidate will work closely with IA leadership, Service Center management, procurement stakeholders, vendors, Finance, and operational teams to coordinate requirements, improve processes, track assets and expenditures, and support execution of Service Center initiatives.

You will report to the IA Strategy & Governance organization and will work closely with the Service Center through a matrixed operating model. Initial responsibilities will focus on procurement lifecycle support, request and ticket coordination, asset and license tracking, vendor follow-up, purchasing documentation, and Service Center administrative processes. As the role develops, responsibilities will expand into business process analysis, project coordination, financial tracking, reporting, forecasting support, and continuous improvement activities.

This position is intended to provide additional operational capacity and redundancy within the procurement function while helping establish a scalable business-process and lifecycle-management capability.

You will work across technical, operational, financial, procurement, and leadership stakeholders and will have the opportunity to develop broad experience in business process management, procurement operations, asset management, project coordination, and technology-enabled process improvement.

Location: This position offers full-time telework from any U.S. based location.

Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required.

Primary Responsibilities

Procurement & Service Center Operations

  • Support intake, tracking, coordination, and closure of procurement requests, including vendor quotes, approvals, deliveries, and follow-up.

  • Coordinate with vendors, purchasing, Finance, Service Center staff, and internal customers to keep procurement actions moving.

  • Support procurement activities related to Service Center systems, infrastructure, technology refreshes, physical moves, and portfolio growth.

  • Maintain standardized procurement records, workflows, and supporting documentation.

Asset & Lifecycle Management

  • Maintain hardware, software, license, support, renewal, refresh, and end-of-life tracking.

  • Support lifecycle reviews and renewal planning and coordinate related procurement actions.

  • Maintain accurate asset and procurement data for operational and financial reporting.

  • Assist with reconciliation and validation of lifecycle and asset information.

Business Process Improvement

  • Support analysis of procurement and Service Center processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.

  • Help document and maintain repeatable processes, workflows, templates, and work instructions.

  • Assist with implementing process improvements and reducing manual administrative effort through improved tools and workflows.

  • Collect and maintain process data to support productivity, cost, and service improvements.

Financial & Project Support

  • Assist with tracking procurement expenditures, commitments, lifecycle costs, and Service Center requirements.

  • Support AOP, forecasting, BOE, and recurring financial/status reporting activities.

  • Maintain project schedules, action trackers, milestones, and meeting follow-up for Service Center and IA initiatives.

  • Assist with leadership presentations, data calls, RFIs, and coordination of project activities.

Operational Optimization

  • Support initiatives to improve resource utilization, service consumption, cost visibility, and operational efficiency.

  • Assist with identifying opportunities to standardize, consolidate, or automate administrative processes.

  • Support development of metrics and reporting related to workload, cost, process performance, and adoption.

  • Perform other business-process and Service Center support activities as priorities evolve.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years of relevant professional experience. Relevant internships, academic projects, military experience, or other applicable experience may be considered.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Ability to organize and track multiple concurrent requests, actions, deadlines, and stakeholders.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently on defined tasks while seeking guidance when appropriate.

  • Ability to work effectively with technical, operational, procurement, financial, and leadership stakeholders.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain any security clearance required for assigned Service Center responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with procurement, purchasing, vendor coordination, asset management, or technology lifecycle management.

  • Experience supporting business process improvement, project coordination, financial tracking, forecasting, or operational reporting.

  • Experience developing and maintaining schedules, trackers, dashboards, reports, presentations, or process documentation.

  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, or similar workflow and automation tools.

  • Experience supporting government/defense organizations, technology refreshes, infrastructure projects, physical moves, or multi-site operations.

  • CAPM, Project+, PMP, or related project/business process training or certification is a plus.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $50,700.00 - $91,650.00
