What you'll be doing:

At Avon, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for an HR Partner to join our People team and play a key role in delivering a positive employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys partnering with managers, supporting employees, and helping create an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.

You'll act as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers, providing guidance on people policies, processes, and best practices. Working closely with business leaders and the wider People team, you'll support all stages of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding, while helping ensure a seamless employee experience. You'll also contribute to employee relations activities, support organizational changes, coordinate HR administration, and help maintain compliance with local employment regulations. As an ambassador for Avon's values and culture, you'll play an important role in fostering an inclusive and high-performing workplace.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting onboarding, employee lifecycle activities, performance management, internal mobility, and offboarding processes.

• Acting as a first point of contact for employee and manager HR queries.

• Providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.

• Supporting employee relations cases, investigations, and workplace concerns.

• Coordinating internal people communications and engagement initiatives.

• Assisting with organizational change, workforce planning, and change management activities.

• Supporting the implementation of local, regional, and global HR programs.

• Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

• Managing employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.

• Liaising with external providers, including payroll, benefits, and other HR service partners.

• Supporting benefits administration and payroll-related data management.

• Helping drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and culture

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Advisor, or similar People role.

• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

• Good knowledge of local employment legislation and HR best practices.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and sound judgement when handling sensitive matters.

• Experience working with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.

• Fluent English language skills.

• A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for creating a positive employee experience.
