Role Summary

We are looking for an Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) SME with strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, iOS/iPadOS, Apple Business Manager (ABM), Android Enterprise, Samsung Knox, and Power BI. The candidate will be responsible for managing, enhancing, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise mobility services while providing technical guidance, reporting, and support for mobility initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft Intune & EMM

• Manage and support Enterprise Mobility Management solutions based on Microsoft Intune.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to device enrollment, compliance, configuration profiles, application deployment, and Conditional Access.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive resolution of critical incidents and escalations.
• Manage EMM certificates, tokens, integrations, and service dependencies.
• Collaborate with Security, Identity, Infrastructure, and Application teams to deliver secure and scalable mobility solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, knowledge base articles, and operational procedures.

iOS / Apple Ecosystem

• Configure and manage Apple Business Manager (ABM) integration with Microsoft Intune.
• Create, renew, and maintain APNS certificates, ADE/DEP enrollment tokens, and VPP/App & Books tokens.
• Configure and manage Intune iOS/iPadOS enrollment profiles, supervision settings, setup assistant customization, and device naming conventions.
• Troubleshoot ADE/DEP enrollment issues, ABM synchronization problems, device assignment issues, and enrollment profile failures.
• Support iOS configuration profiles including Wi-Fi, VPN, certificates, email, restrictions, and app configuration policies.
• Manage VPP application deployment and troubleshoot app licensing, assignment, and installation issues.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting using Intune diagnostics, Apple Configurator, Console logs, and sysdiagnose logs.

Android Enterprise & Samsung Knox

• Configure and support Android Enterprise deployments integrated with Microsoft Intune.
• Manage Android Enterprise enrollment methods including Fully Managed, Work Profile, Corporate-Owned Work Profile (COPE), and Dedicated Devices.
• Administer and troubleshoot Samsung Knox Mobile Enrollment (KME) and Knox-related integrations.
• Support Android configuration profiles, compliance policies, managed Google Play applications, and app configuration policies.
• Troubleshoot device enrollment failures, application deployment issues, compliance problems, and policy conflicts.
• Manage Android OS update policies and security configuration deployment.
• Work with resellers and OEM enrollment programs for Android device onboarding and lifecycle management.

Power BI & Reporting

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and operational reports related to EMM services.
• Create reporting solutions for device compliance, inventory, enrollment trends, mobile security posture, and service KPIs.
• Integrate Power BI with Microsoft Graph, Intune, Excel, and other enterprise data sources.
• Analyze operational data and provide actionable insights to management and stakeholders.
• Create executive dashboards and visualization reports for leadership reviews and service governance.

Continuous Improvement & Automation

• Identify opportunities for operations improvement, process optimization, and automation.
• Support automation initiatives and participate in testing, validation, and implementation of new ideas.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Microsoft Intune
• iOS/iPadOS Device Management
• Apple Business Manager (ABM)
• APNS, ADE/DEP, and VPP
• Android Enterprise
• Samsung Knox Mobile Enrollment (KME)
• Experience in managing enterprise mobility platforms and device lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard development and reporting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and Mobile Application Management (MAM).
• Experience working with Apple and Google Developer Portals.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
