The Customer Service Representative with English is a key contact for complex customer needs, providing expert support and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. This role also involves processing customer orders, bills and accounts, improving service processes, and helping manage overall customer service performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, enter and manage customer orders from order receipt to shipment of product and any returns;
Respond to routine customer enquiries concerning orders
Handle incoming phone calls from various stakeholders and resolve inquiries promptly and effectively.
Track the status of orders in the report and communicate issues and solutions; cooperation with our plants in Europe and external warehouses; cooperation with our logistics provider
Maintain communication on a daily basis with customers and take action in order to respond on their needs
Support organization in optimization transport and logistic projects
Claims receiving from customers
Proactive work to solve customers’ complaints
Giving feedback to customers regarding the status of complaints
Requirements:
Experience in customer service or administration area, candidates after internships within logistic area are also very welcomed
Fluent English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as ability to work in a multicultural environment
High level of analytical skills andd ability to work under pressure
Team player with creativity, engagement, high level of multitasking skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
