Senior Supply Accounting SME

In this role You will:

• Act as the highest functional issue point for complex Supply & Inventory Accounting matters linked to automation, process design, data logic and transformation.

• Represent Supply Accounting in transformation forums, automation governance discussions and cross-functional initiatives.

• Lead or support end-to-end process discovery, documentation, harmonization and standardization activity using ARIS.

• Provide deep functional and technical understanding of SAP Supply, Inventory, Logistics, Supply Finance (AP and AR) and Financial Accounting processes.

• Analyze and document SAP tables, table relationships, field mappings, transaction code logic, document flow logic and accounting posting logic required for automation and reporting.

• Apply thorough knowledge of ADH as a strategic data source for analytics, reconciliation, automation, reporting and AI-enabled use cases.

• Lead the functional design of AI-enabled solutions including Automation Anywhere, Copilot agents, Copilot Studio workflows, AI-enhanced OCR solutions, knowledge management solutions and intelligent reconciliation capabilities.

• Drive advanced analytics and reporting solutions using Power BI, ADH, SAP data and other enterprise data sources.

• Develop reusable reporting structures that improve transparency, reconciliation insight, risk visibility and operational decision-making.

• Support the adoption and process integration of Palantir-based Supply Accounting and inventory assurance solutions.

What You need to be successful:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics or a related field.

• Relevant accounting qualification.

• Fluency in English

• Relevant experience in Supply, Inventory, Logistics or Financial Accounting.

• Deep understanding of end-to-end Supply & Inventory Accounting processes, close activities, reconciliations, balance sheet assurance and controls.

• Proven continuous learning attitude in automation, analytics, AI, SAP data and process transformation
