• Delivers committed development, testing, and documentation artifacts with appropriate guidance from senior developers, architects, and managers, while demonstrating increasing independence over time
• Provides input and assistance in preparing technical design specifications, including identifying opportunities where AI-assisted approaches can improve development efficiency, test coverage, documentation quality, or maintainability
• Participates in planning, grooming, walkthroughs, estimation, retrospectives, and other agile processes, contributing informed technical input and AI-assisted analysis where appropriate
• Ensures all work artifacts, including AI-assisted code, documentation, tests, and technical recommendations, are thoroughly reviewed by peers, senior developers, or architects for quality, security, performance, and production readiness
• Contributes to continuous improvement of the organization’s Level 3 AI SDLC practices by sharing effective prompts, workflows, lessons learned, reusable patterns, and responsible AI development techniques
• Supports knowledge transfer, product continuity, and modernization efforts by learning existing systems, documenting legacy behavior, and helping apply AI-assisted practices to both new development and existing codebases
Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 USD per year.
