Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Mandatory:
- software design skills (scalable, maintainable, modular systems)
- Proven experience in large, multidisciplinary systems with multiple stakeholders
- Deep understanding of OOP principles and Operating Systems concepts (threads, synchronization, memory, IPC)
- Proficiency in C++ or C#
- hands-on experience working in Linux environments
Advantages:
- Experience working close to hardware
- Background in real-time (RT) systems
- Strong multithreading and concurrency experience
- System integration and debugging of complex, cross-component issues
Additional qualities (preferred):
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to drive technical decisions across teams
- Experience with modern development practices (code reviews, testing, CI/CD)
Minimum Qualifications
minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent work experience
