Job Description:
**This position will go to office 3 times a week**
Summary
The Supervisor License will manage the day to day operations and can assist the Business Analyst in the increased state reporting requirements. This position would have direct supervision of four Sr. Administrative Coordinators in the Licensing Department. These employees are responsible for all titling, licensing, citations, California ARB and BIT registrations. Supporting multiple states based on business needs. All are located at the same facility.
Essential Functions
Process licensing, titling, citations and California ARB and BIT registrations for two business units
Supervise a staff for two business units
Point of contact for escalation items and special projects related to licensing, titling, citations and California ARB and BIT registrations for two business units
Create reports for Business Analyst, Regional Management and HQ as needed
Reconcile monthly accounting activity for this department
Additional Responsibilities
Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrates customer service skills
Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
Able to support Operations, Rental Sales and Asset Management
Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
Able to drive to DMV, courthouses, customer visits with Sales staff
Local day travel as needed
Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
Qualifications
H.S. diploma/GED required
Bachelor's degree preferred in related field, but experience acceptable
Five (5) years or more prior supervision experience required
Five (5) years or more experience in Accounting, Licensing and Regulations preferred

Compensation Information:
The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:
