Operations Manager - (Maternity Cover) 🏡
Location:
Middlesbrough
Salary:
Depending on experience and the candidate’s requirements
Working Hours / Shift Pattern:
2 days per week
Employment Type:
Fixed-term contract, 6 months (maternity cover)
Start Date:
As soon as possible, subject to safer recruitment and safeguarding checks

One 3-bed home, one 2-bed home and one solo provision
The Role:
Our client’s current Responsible Individual is about to begin maternity leave. They will remain registered with Ofsted during their leave. You will take on the RI and operational responsibilities across the three homes, working closely with the Director, who has held the RI role before. A formal handover with the RI will be arranged before you start.
