What the job entails:

• Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of talented credit union professionals.
• Ensure members' expectations are exceeded, procedures are followed, and the branch maintains compliance with BSA/OFAC (and other regs). 
• Support your team in achieving their goals through coaching, mentoring, and positive reinforcement.
• Sell our amazing products and services with enthusiasm and charm. You think of yourself as a superhero and have a personal passion for helping people! 

Requirements

Is this you?

• You've incredible leadership and relationship building skills. 
• Your hustle is legendary, and your accomplishment drive needs an outlet. 
• You can switch tasks like a ninja. Interruptions don't phase you.
• You have previous experience at a financial institution. You can tell Reg AA from Reg Z with your eyes closed.
• You're a communication wizard - if you're talking, everyone listens and understands. 
• You're not afraid of conflict. In fact, you can diffuse tense situations without batting an eye and address difficult conversations with ease and grace.
• You have a sense of humor. Laughter is the best medicine, and we promise there will be plenty of opportunities for it.
• You've sales experience coming out of your ears. You can sell ice to a penguin! 
• Your positive attitude shines like a diamond!

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three to five years of related financial institution experience, including supervisory or leadership experience required.
