Description
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Owner, the Sales Consultant is responsible for selling across both sides of the business: performance sails for racing and cruising sailors, and new and brokerage sailboats. This individual identifies sailors’ needs, determines what will genuinely improve their time on the water, and guides them to the right solution. This is not a scripted, phone-bank sales role; it is a relationship-driven position built on time at the docks, yacht clubs, regattas, and boat shows, supported by disciplined follow-up. The Sales Consultant will have real freedom to build their own book of business while working closely with company leadership.
