- Minimum 3 years of experience translating customer business requirements into technical architectures within enterprise IT environments.
- Minimum 2 years of experience building and delivering live software demonstrations, proof-of-concept (PoC) tests, or customer technical evaluations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical professional experience).
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical certifications such as Splunk Certified Core Consultant/Admin, or equivalent cloud credentials.
- Ability to build relationships with IT directors, technical decision-makers, and line-of-business stakeholders.
- Experience analyzing competitive technologies to articulate architectural differentiation and drive customer adoption.
- Prior experience collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and value-added resellers (VARs) on joint account pursuits.
- Experience contributing to technical account planning, expansion campaigns, and RFP/RFI proposal responses.
