Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time

Pay: $35–$40/hour

At Orchard View Post Acute, you'll see your work pay off every day. You'll help a resident take their first steps after surgery, get strong enough to go home, or gain the confidence to move safely on their own again. You'll have time to build real relationships with residents and a team that values what therapy brings to their recovery.

We're looking for an upbeat, dependable Physical Therapist Assistant to join our rehab team full-time.

What you'll be doing

• Carrying out treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
• Helping residents improve strength, balance, mobility, and independence
• Teaching residents and families safe transfers, exercises, and use of equipment
• Tracking progress and letting the PT know about changes in a resident's condition
• Working closely with OT, speech, nursing, and families to help each resident reach their goals
• Keeping clear, timely documentation in our electronic health record

What we're looking for

• Active PTA license in Idaho, or the ability to get one
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Skilled nursing, rehab, or geriatric experience is a plus, but new grads are welcome to apply!
• A positive, encouraging attitude and a love of teamwork
