Warehouse Operative – Northampton
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to join a busy warehouse team in Northampton.
£13.45 per hour
Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm - 37.5 hours
Northampton
Ongoing temporary
Start date: ASAP
The Role
You will be working within the spares department, carrying out a mixture of warehouse and computer-based duties.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing orders using computer systems
- Producing DHL labels for parcels
- Dealing with customer and departmental queries
- Handling escalations and resolving issues
- Communicating via email with customers, departments and retailers
- Working within a warehouse environment
- Using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Supporting the wider warehouse team with the day-to-day spares operation

We're looking for someone who:
Has previous warehouse experience
Is comfortable using computers and email
Can learn and use a WMS
Has good written and spoken English
Has good attention to detail
Is reliable, organised and hardworking
Can communicate confidently with colleagues and customers
Works well as part of a team
