SAP Integration Manager - IERP

We are Launching IERP S4 Hana in Finance and Accounting skills team since 2020. We have completed Invoice Replication, Accounts Receivable, RAR(deferred revenue) for major markets like NA(North America), EU(Europe). IMG (International Markets Group), South America, China are yet to be added. The selected candidate will be involved in integration of Program Dynamo with IERP. Will be part of a launch plan with aggressive milestones of Program Dynamo where the vehicle invoices, labels, drafting will be done in IERP S4 for NA, and global launches.

The candidate must understand current design of Vehicle Invoicing business process in major markets and have to ensure consistency assuming legal and mandatory items for future markets

Responsibilities:

Work with Product managers, Product owners in Billing, Accounts Receivables, Program Dynamo and bring synergy with what Customers want and what we have in IERP global template

Influence implementation of legal and mandatory requirements specific to the market/region

Ensure the products care for dependency with products(AR, RAR) within product-line, tax and other product lines in Plan to Report(PTR) Product Group

Ensure Program milestones are met

Good partnership with Program Dynamo team, System Integrator, able to review the design and raise questions on requirements, focus on design, testing, cut-overs etc.,

Qualifications:

Bachelors' in Engineering, Computer Science or related degree.

Experience working in SAP implementation projects for 5 + years in Ford or outside Ford

Experience working with external implementation partner in Fixed scope model

Ability to stretch and ensure aggressive launch timelines are met

Technical acumen to understand the design in S4 Hana

Functional exposure in Finance in Vehicle invoicing, Tax and Warranty areas

Good influencing skills

Experience with SD (Sales and Distribution) and VMS (Vehicle Management Systems)

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Relevant Field.

Excellent Communication and Relationship Building Skills.

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
