Description
Overview
Responsible for operating press break on machine. Fits and fabricates structural steel, completes layout, and inspects finished product.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate brake press to form metal parts.
- Install and align dies in press according to specifications.
- Position work piece against stops on the machine.
- Inspect work pieces for conformance to specifications and adjust machine to correct errors.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- 3-5 years’ experience preferred.
- HS diploma required.
- Must have ability/experience to program and edit on CNC controls.
Working Conditions:
Evening Shift - 4:00pm - 12:30am.
