Emerald Zebra on behalf of our client, a well established multi-asset CFD trading broker, is looking to hire a Head of Sales in Dubai, UAE. Our client offers a diversified range of multi-asset instruments, including forex, commodities and indices, to clients across the UAE, GCC and wider MENA region.

Role overview
We are looking for a senior sales leader to own regional revenue. You will set the sales strategy, lead the team and be accountable for client acquisition, retention and revenue quality. This is a hands-on leadership role reporting to senior management, with a strong focus on partnerships and team performance.
Key responsibilities
- Own the regional sales strategy, revenue targets and forecasting
- Lead, coach and develop the sales team, including hiring, onboarding and performance management
- Drive client acquisition, retention and revenue quality across client segments
- Build and manage strategic partnerships, introducing brokers and business development channels
- Monitor sales performance and conversion ratios against targets, and act quickly where the team is off track
- Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new markets and opportunities
- Work closely with marketing, compliance, risk and operations to keep growth sustainable
- Ensure the team operates in line with UAE regulatory requirements
- Report to senior management on pipeline, performance and market developments
Required skills and experience
- 10 or more years in sales within FX and CFD brokerage, with a multi-asset product background
- 5 or more years leading a sales team in the industry
- A long, stable career with meaningful tenure at previous employers and clear progression
- A proven record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets, with quantified results you can evidence
- An established network and track record of partnerships across the UAE, GCC and MENA
- Working knowledge of the UAE regulatory environment, including the CMA and DFSA
- Strong familiarity with trading platforms and the CFD product set
- Fluent Arabic and English
- Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills, with the credibility to represent the firm at senior level
