Your role at Clorox:

The Sales & Operations Planning Manager ANZA leads the end-to-end Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Forecast-to-Stock (F2S) processes across Australia, New Zealand and South Africa within a complex, multi-market supply network. The role translates commercial priorities and market insights into integrated demand, supply and inventory plans that support growth, service, margin and working-capital objectives.

As the planning leader for ANZA, the position is responsible for the effective execution and continuous improvement of planning processes, ensuring risks and opportunities are identified early and addressed through structured scenario planning.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, External Manufacturing, Procurement and Logistics, the role facilitates cross-functional alignment and supports timely, fact-based business decision-making.

Clorox is seeking an experienced Sales & Operations Planning Manager to connect commercial priorities with demand, supply and inventory plans that deliver growth, customer service and working-capital outcomes.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Leader ANZA & External Manufacturing AMEA, you’ll lead four planning professionals and partner with commercial, finance and operations teams to drive decisions across a complex, multi-market supply network.

What you'll do

• Lead the regional S&OP process, aligning commercial, financial and operational plans.
• Improve forecast accuracy, service levels and inventory performance.
• Navigate demand volatility and supply constraints through scenario planning.
• Coach and develop the planning team.
• Drive improvements in planning processes, tools and ways of working.

What we look for:

Years and Type of Experience:

• 8+ years of experience across demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning or S&OP, preferably in FMCG or a complex manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience leading an end-to-end planning function and managing an S&OP or integrated planning process.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across functions, markets and international teams.

Education Level/Degree:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, Commerce or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• A postgraduate qualification in supply chain, business or commercial management is desirable.
• APICS or other recognised planning or supply chain certification is highly regarded.
