What You'll Do

• Prepare and execute high-quality dishes featuring premium steaks, fresh seafood, and other signature menu offerings.

• Work alongside experienced culinary professionals in a fast-paced, upscale steakhouse environment.

• Master cooking techniques, including grilling, sautéing, temperature control, and precision plating.

• Ensure every dish meets our standards for flavor, quality, consistency, and presentation.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.

• Collaborate with fellow cooks and chefs to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures.

What We're Looking For

• A passion for cooking and a desire to grow in the culinary industry.

• Previous line cook experience preferred; steakhouse or fine dining experience is a plus!

• Knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Strong attention to detail, especially when it comes to food quality and presentation.

• A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Culinary arts education or relevant training is a plus
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cooking
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
