THE ROLE:
This is a highly visible, relationship-driven role at the intersection of community events, provider relations, and social media. You are the face of MKPA in the field and the voice of our brand online — equally comfortable setting up a tent at a Jeep rally and scheduling a week's worth of Instagram content.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Provider Relations & Community Networking
? Social Media Management
? Content & Communications
? Swag & Vendor Coordination
WHAT YOU'LL DO
? Plan and staff all MKPA community events — event activations, charity drives, holiday events, team management
? Own provider relations: schedule visits to urgent care centers, chiropractors, and referral partners; maintain tracking sheet
? Manage all organic social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) — daily posting, DMs, and community engagement
? Post to Google Business Profile twice weekly; share Google reviews every Wednesday
? Build and send the bi-weekly newsletter (~3,500 contacts via MailChimp)
? Coordinate with our various marketing initiates to keep messaging aligned
? Manage swag inventory and coordinate swag orders and deliveries
? Capture content at events: photos, videos, reels
? Track event results, email captures, and lead sources; contribute to monthly marketing reports
WHO YOU ARE:
? A natural connector — people feel at ease with you immediately
? Self-directed & self-starter — you deliver without being micromanaged and bring ideas to the table
? Equally at home at a charity event or behind a content calendar
? Strong communicator in person and in writing
? Energized by community, not drained by it
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
? 3+ years in events, community relations, or social media management
? Proficient in Canva, social platforms (IG, FB, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
? Valid FL driver's license and reliable transportation — events are part of the job
? Comfortable on camera capturing field content
? Familiarity with Loomly, MailChimp, or Lead Docket is a plus
? Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
