Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate current sales opportunities and analyse performance for the global sales team.
- Evaluate cross-selling programs and opportunities to drive more sales.
- Conduct research on events, market trends, and activities within the hospitality industry.
- Maintain and update corporate accounts and client databases, including CRM data entry, account tracking, and data cleansing.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance dashboards.
- Support account profiling, business development activities, and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with event planning, sales campaigns, and client engagement activities.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, CRM systems, PowerBI
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data handling.
